Receiving correctly emails sent by Lizmap

Lizmap can send some emails:

• when a new user is registered

• when the reset of a password is requested

• when some notifications are sent to the administrator

• etc.

Lizmap instance of our hosting platform, send these emails from the address hosting-no-reply@lizmap.com.

If your organization is using an antispam tool like mailinblack.com which blocks emails from unknown senders, you must register the address hosting-no-reply@lizmap.com in this tool as an authorized email address, in order to not block Lizmap emails. Else these tools will send a confirmation request, and, as we won’t respond to it, you will not receive the email of Lizmap. Indeed, you should understand that we cannot respond to all of these kind of emails. We don’t even watch email of this mailbox.

Register also support-infra@lizmap.com: we use this email to sent notices related to outages, upgrades etc.
